THE RIETTO APICULTURE (NAME OF THE LOCATION IN WHICH IT IS BORN) IS A SMALL LOCAL REALITY BORNIN THE 1990s, IS LOCATED AT THE FOOT OF THE SALO 'HILLS ON LAKE GARDA INSIDE THE ALTO GARDA BRESCIANO PARK.OUR FAMILY HAS COUNTRY ORIGINS; THE GRANDFATHER WITH THE CHILDREN WORKED THE LAND AT A FARMHOUSENEAR SALO 'AND THE OWNER HAVING NO CHILDREN(I WAS THE FIRST BORN) TAKEN ME BY THE HAND WITH PATIENCE, TEACHED ME WITH CARE AND SO MUCH PASSION THE CULTIVATIONOF VEGETABLES, FLOWERS, FRUIT TREES AND IN PARTICULAR BEE BREEDING THAT FASCINATED ME PARTICULARLY.I LIKED THE SCENT OF WAX, OF THE RESINS BURNT AS INCENSE TO CALMATE THE BEES AND THE FLORAL SCENT, SWEET,SO SO INTENSE THAT IT SPREADED INTO THE ENVIRONMENT WHEN THE HONEY WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE BEES.THESE MEMORIES HAVE REMAINED INDELIBLE SO THAT AFTER SOME WORK EXPERIENCES,
I DECIDED TO UNDERTAKE THE BUSINESS OF BEE-KEEPING.WE HAVE THEN CONTINUED THROUGH THE YEARS DESPITE THE NUMEROUS TRICKS AND DIFFICULTIES THAT MANY KNOWAND WHICH STILL HAPPEN ON THE SECTOR PLACING THE BEEHIVES NOT ONLY WITHIN THE PARK BUT IN OTHER TERRITORIESIN ORDER TO OFFER OUR MAGGIELE CLIENTS.AT THE BEGINNING WITH A FEW BEEHIVES WITH THE PATIENT AND PRECIOUSADVICE FROM DEAR FRIEND AGOSTINI FRANCESCO (KNOWN BEE-KEEPER OF THE TERRITORY).FROM HIM I LEARNED ITS OWN TECHNIQUES ABOUT THE RUNNING OF BEES, THE BREEDING OF QUEEN BEES, THE PRODUCTIONOF ROYAL JELLY AND THE PROCESSING OF WAX TO MAKE WAX SHEETS TO BE RENEWED EVERY YEAR IN THE BEES.THIS YEAR 2021 WE CELEBRATE OUR THIRTY YEAR OF ACTIVITY, WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO IMPROVE OURSELVES TO OFFEROUR CUSTOMERS WHO THANKS FROM THE HEART FOR THE TRUST IN US, ALWAYS HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS.THE WHOLE FAMILY IS INVOLVED IN THE ACTIVITY, THE EAGLE SON DAVID IS TAKING CARE OF THE HIVE, THE TRAINING OF SWAMSAND THE BREEDING OF QUEEN BEES.THE YOUNGER SON FEDERICO TAKES CARE OF THE MARKETING OF PRODUCTSTHROUGH MARKETS, EVENTS, ON-LINE COMMERCE.DAD ELVIO AND MOTHER ANGIOLINAIN THE LABORATORY PREPARE THE PRODUCTS FOR SALE.
